When is rent due?: Rent is due on the 1st and is late after the 5th. Plus, for your convenience you can pay online.
How long is the lease agreement?: The lease is for 12 equal installments beginning August 8th and ending July 25th.
What type of on site security do you provide?: We have courtesy officers who live on site to assist office staff after hours. In addition, homes have security systems with additional monitoring service available upon request.
What utilities am I responsible for?: The Woodlands of Knoxville is an inclusive property.
Is the clubhouse and other amenities open 24 hours a day?: Yes! We allow our residents full access to all amenities 24/7.
What appliances come with leasing a home?: The following are included: washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, stove, self-cleaning oven, microwave and a refrigerator with an ice maker.
Is parking assigned?: No, it is available to everyone on a first come, first serve basis, but parking is free.
Are pets allowed?: Yes! There a $300 fee up front and $25/month. There is no weight limit.
